A New Supreme Court Associate

The hearings are over and the Senate voted. We now have a new Supreme Court Justice, Amy Coney Barret. Her nomination and confirmation is one of the fastest in history. Ruth Bader Ginsberg was confirmed in 42 days, Amy was faster, much to the dismay, disappointment and protesting from the Left.

In her speech after being sworn in at the White House ceremony, she stated that she would uphold the Constitution and that her personal beliefs would not interfere with what the law says. In other words, she is not going to use her position as a political platform, unlike Justices Sotomayor and Kagen,

It is the hopes of this Cowpuncher that Justice Barret has a long and solid career in the Supreme Court. My prayers are with the Justice and her family as this has been a difficult few weeks and I am sure will still have to deal with the Left’s temper tantrums.

On another note, we must continually be in prayer for The United States of America, President Trump, Vice President Pence and the Constitution which they protect.

Update

Well we are in the midst of a Supreme Court Justice hearing and the Left is playing dirty, asking questions like, “Have you ever raped a person?”. What kind of a question is that? Oh wait, that was when they drug the previous SC nominee through the wringer. But the asked it anyway. The lowest question I’ve seen thus far is the question by Cory Booker, yeah that dud. He wanted the Judge (remember she is already a lower court judge) if she would denounce ‘white supremacy’. The woman has TWO adopted children from Haiti (guess what color their skin is). I am proud of the Judge for not responding according to any of the questioner’s hoped channels. In fact, I think it is pretty amazing this lady is not wavering in any manner in spite of the hatred towards her faith and the fact that she is a woman. I thought women were suppose to be uplifted not character assassinated.

We are less than a month away from the Presidential elections. Either way we look at it, the left is going to explode. If they win (God Help US), they will attack the Constitution in ways that will require the true Americans to stand up to defend this land in a way that hasn’t been seen since the birth of this country. If they lose, chaos will be their game plan. It will require us to protect our Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness in ways we have never had to do before. Lives will be lost but pray that it will be few. We much also pray that it won’t come to a battle field to make decisive decisions. God Help US ALL!

As for me. I will continue my online studies from Hillsdale College, where the TRUE history of the USA is taught and the real meaning of the Constitution is explained. I have Mark Levin to thank for turning me to Hillsdale College. Mark is an excellent source for Constitutional information as he is a Constitutional Lawyer. Anyway, I will be away from my computer for a while. The next blog may be going over the results of the election. So, it is my prayer that you and yours will be safe, will pray for our country and remember to take your neighbor to vote, if they can’t drive. We need everyone to do their DUTY as American Citizens IF YOU ARE A CITIZEN.

To get started, your mailers came to a Republican household that 1) already knows who we are voting for in the November 2020 election, 2) your fliers are OFFENSIVE to us! We are PRO-LIFE (your party isn’t and the unborn has no choice in your opinions). We are PRO-GUN (Your party wants to take away our God Given Rights to protect ourselves). We are PRO-CONSTITUTION (Your party threw it away in the 1800’s for the Progressive Bowel Movement). YOU support ANTIFA, (WE DO NOT!). Our Constitution GUARANTEES me the RIGHTS to protect my life and my family and our way of life, something your party is moving to destroy. EVERYTHING YOUR PARTY stands for is OFFENSIVE in the eyes of God the Father, Almighty! Therefore, NOTHING you do or say will change our votes for President Donald J. Trump, and Roger Marshall (He is better than your choice, even if he isn’t our first choice.). There is NOTHING in the Constitution that guarantees ANYONE government provided health care or a free wage (welfare) it is what YOUR party has done to the People. Goodbye Ruth & More Comments

Well, she is gone. Ruth Bader Ginsberg passed on September 18, 2020. She fought pancreatic cancer and lost but she was a fighter. While I am sorry she lost her battle with cancer, I can thankfully say, it is time to replace her activist agenda with a Supreme court judge that will be impartial. She was a political person when she was not suppose to be so, I say, good riddance.

A Supreme court judge is to be impartial and is to keep their political ideologies out of their work. She didn’t do that and yet people are treating her like a queen or a saint. She is and was neither. Her type of feminism only hurt women in ways that the feminist movement has no clue. She never stood up for those little girls sold off as wives at early ages and never stood up for those girls who have their genitals mutilated to keep them under control by husbands. There was no war cry from Ruth against this. So much for her feminist agenda.

I think that the Senate should move quickly to replace Ruth. She was confirmed in 42 days, so let the next female judge be confirmed in 30 days. But the Left will have a melt down.

The riots continue and the People who are the silent majority are getting really tired of it all. We are tolerant to a point. I do know this, if I am faced with rioters surrounding my vehicle or me, they will get a dose of the Second Amendment and maybe a tire track across their butt. I am not putting up with my vehicle being damaged or my life and the lives of my dogs and livestock being threatened. You screw with me, I will put you in your place. These rioters are no more than thugs that are paid to cause chaos. Trace that money back to George Soros and shut his ass down too.

Joe Biden is a puppet, plain and simple. The DemocRAT/Socialist/Communist party knows Joe is incapable of being President but Kamala (Suck Willy Brown) Harris is even less capable but that is the best they have, no true leader, just puppets who do what the extremists want.

The rioters promise more trouble if Trump is re-elected. I spoke to a historian a while back and he said it is pretty likely that the incumbent will be re-elected. So we need to prepare our representatives and Senators for what the Silent Majority wants, no more impeachments and no more dictatorial Nancy (I’m a drunk) Pelosi. Enough is enough, we need to push forward with what our Founding Fathers set up for us to do, stand up against tyranny of the minority. Lock those criminal thug rioters up in jail and for all those cities and states that support them, cut their government funding. We are a land of law, not lawlessness.

FEAR

Fear is a great motivator. Just look at the past six months. COVID-19(Wuhan Virus) was used against the People to control them. It still has some folks freaked out and with good reason, they think. The CDC has manipulated the statistics on this virus and the misinformation spread my what medications work and don’t work to fight it have been changed daily, to meet the narrative. Sadly, statistics that are skewed will control some people but not all people, me included. I won’t be throttled by fear, nor will I believe everything the lame stream media puts out.

Fear is a great motivator for the DemocRAT/Socialist/Communist party. Their fear that we will have another 4 years of the Trump Administration, which will destroy their plans for a One World Order. Trump is building up America while they attempt to tear it down with Antifa, BLM and other hate groups set on destroying the uniqueness of The United States of America. While the Left encourages the riots in Seattle, Chicago, New York and other Democrat held cities, in other parts of the country a silent majority are standing on overpasses waving American flags, Trump flags and Blue lives matter flags. Should the Left fear that silent majority? Yes indeed! For we are the force that built this country and hold it together so the disenchanted of this country can whine and bitch that they aren’t getting a fair share. Problem is, those raising the most hell are white Leftists that think they are helping the Black population out when in reality they are further harming them. But then again, Black on Black murders in Chicago don’t count, right?

Fear of success and greatness is what the Left fears most. They can’t have everyone succeeding because they lose control of them. A successful person, happy with their life is less apt to come to the government for help. No, the Left wants everyone to suckle the teat of the Government, so they can control them. So they try to come up with the next scary fake threat to keep the People in fear, so they can control them.

YOU CAN’T CONTROL ME! I never was good following instructions and I have learned to question EVERYTHING. The Left will stoop to anything low, just to win this next election. I got news for them. Once the Trump Train gets moving, it will take decades or centuries to stop it. I’m on my way to the train now, better come along.

Unbelievable

It has been an unbelievable summer of watching the LEFTIST, SOCIALIST, COMMUNIST DEMOCRAT Party attempt to destroy our country. Nancy Pelosi is threatening to not have any stimulus for the fall as well as saying there shouldn’t be a debate between Pedophile Joe Biden and President Trump. Then you have the push for mail-in ballots that are already proving to be problematic. Add on to this stupidity, Antifa, BLM & others are rioting in the streets in DemocRAT held cities. Chaos is the rule and it is exactly what Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals says to do in order to overthrow a country. Meanwhile, the Silent Majority sits back and waits. Waiting to strike back with an overwhelming force to be reckoned with.

We still have people believing that COVID-19 will kill us all and are trying to shame those of us who have decided to live on like nothing has changed. Nothing has changed really, except the stupidity is more in the open now.

I have personally been too darn busy to care about the idiots who wear masks and breath their own CO2 and filthy germs in and out of their lungs and depriving their brains of fresh Oxygen. My business is as busy as usual and I plan on keeping on, until Fall, when I change from Goat rental professional to lumber jack, to sell fire wood for the winter.

The bottom line is, PRAYER for our President and our Country is a must! Calling upon God to save our country from pedophiles, the New world Order & socialism/communism is required. God Save America! God Bless America, Again!

White Privilege

I’ve been told I have white privilege. Really? Show me. I was a single mother with two children. I decided to get a college degree and I took my kids to college with me. I was overlooked for scholarships because of Affirmative Action. I have also been overlooked for certain small business loans because my skin color isn’t right. Is that white privilege?

Is white privilege where blacks in Chicago kill other blacks? Please explain why I should pay for them killing each other. If they are serious about black lives, shouldn’t they all stop killing each other? What about all the new housing in the cities that was build for the blacks? They got new buildings to live in and they tore them up. Kind of like crapping in your own bed, if you ask me.

If black lives really matter, then they should build each other up instead of calling each other the “n” word. But this is all blamed on my white privilege.

I’ve never made more than $32,000 in a year even with a college degree. That is considered poverty level. So that is my white privilege.

I live by the statement that “he who will not work, shall not eat.” In other words, if you aren’t going to put out the effort to work, you starve. There is always a job to find or you can make a job for yourself. The effort you put out feeds you. If you won’t put out the effort, that ain’t my fault!

Don’t call me racist, I don’t give a damn what color your skin is, there is ONE RACE, the HUMAN RACE. If you live in an area that isn’t great, you have a couple choices, get away from there or make the best of the situation and make it better. Rise above don’t blame others for things you allow to happen. White privilege? Don’t throw that crap at me, we all come into this world naked and we all are going to die, sometime. It is what you do between those days that matters and if you blame others for your situation, then it is your fault. Take responsibility for your life and your success, don’t blame it on me, I am having a hard enough time keeping my own head above water. White privilege, what a joke.

Fight Back

So we had impeachment and it failed. The Corona Virus thing fell apart and now we have the return of ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter along with the paid rioters who come in from other cities to tear up cities in the name of justice. George Soros thinks he can collapse the United States of America by funding all these attempts at taking out President Trump, but they are failing. People aren’t stupid, well, the ones who actually work and care about the country aren’t stupid. It is the spoiled, entitled rich bastards that pull in the poor blacks to victimize them and get them angry, then get them to act out and loot, destroy and cause general chaos. We know what is going on and we won’t let things go too much further before we start fighting back.

Don’t push or poke a sleeping dog, you will get bit! In simpler terms, you piss off the silent majority and you are going to find your head blown off if you try to loot or break into their houses or businesses. It is time to start opening fire on the protesters and make it too dangerous for them to get paid $25/hour to cause general chaos. Enough is enough.

If I sound hateful, you are wrong, I firmly believe in the RIGHT to LIFE, LIBERTY AND PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS and when riots and looters INFRINGE upon those rights, it is MY RIGHT to enact the LAW OF NATURE, Kill or be killed. The law enforcement community is under siege, it is time for the law abiding citizens to stand up with law enforcement to protect the rule of law. The police are targets, someone needs to have their backs, in comes American Joe and Jolene to take their place to support the cops. Are there really that many cops killing unarmed blacks? Statistics don’t show this. More black on black murders occur than cops killing blacks. Yet the Left has the blacks so enslaved and brainwashed they don’t know that they don’t know.

The rioters, in the name of Black Lives Matter are crapping in the black people’s faces and calling it for the name of justice. The blacks following along are accepting this and accept this victimization, thinking it will make things better but it does the opposite. Hatred brews and it stews and it spews, no one benefits except the New World Order and the Leftist, Communist Socialists of the Democrat party. All they want is the citizenry to blame it all on President Trump.

The answer to these problems? Jesus Christ. We need to bring prayer back to the schools, we need parents to be allowed to SPANK their children and to teach them respect and to understand consequences of not following the rules. We need parents to be allowed to choose the schools in which their children attend, even if it is a private school or homeschooling. We need to live by the Constitution and the tenants in which it was founded upon (Judeo-Chritian tenants which are time honored, tested and proven). We need free thought, not brain-washing. We need GOD back in our lives.

Jesus Christ was a politician in a way. He called out the leaders as sly foxes, a most terrible thing to call them at that time. He cleared the Temple in anger at the money changers. He did this out of love for his Father. We too must stand up and if need be, fight back to protect our rights and our God.

To continue on as we are, without standing up for what is right and good, we are saying it is okay to go to hell in a hand basket and give up our rights. We are in a civil war people! If you don’t stand up and fight back, you will die any way. The odds are in our favor for those who love the Constitution, God and The United States of America. Enough of this crap, lock and load!

Virus Gone, Let the Riots Begin

Does it feel like the Hunger Games yet? The democrat party can’t seem to be satisfied nor happy that President Trump is so presidential that he has been handling things like a professional should. He is keeping his calm and directing/executing orders as he should. So the fear of the virus is gone and the paid rioters are going after authority once more. George Soros has hired the next round of Antifa protesters and they are delivering bricks to the places where the riots are occurring, basically arming the protesters. Welp, it is time for the Second Amendment to be used for protection folks. Get your weapons ready, the democrats are pushing for a Civil War now.

Yes it is time to predict some things. The riots will push into Civil war when the local governments start knocking off the protesters. Funny enough, it won’t be the Conservatives being killed on the street unless the protesters kill them. It will be the Antifa people who are paid to protest that will be killed. Population control in reverse for the Leftists, it will be their own followers being killed. Too bad, not sad in the least. Stupidity rules. Get your popcorn and beer ready.

Chaos, That Is The Plan

Have you noticed that the news media and the doctors who are ‘experts’ about this Corona Virus are confusing? Have you noticed that Senator Elizabeth “I’m and Indian” Warren is spewing fake numbers on the projected number of people sick and dying from the virus? Isn’t it strange that one health care provider insists you wear a mask and another says not to wear a mask? Oh and here is a good one, those who talk about requiring a vaccine and then the expert says that he isn’t sure the vaccine will even work, once it is developed? Then Mr. Bill Gates, the computer man, is teaming up with the World Health Organization to create a vaccine with a tracker Id in the vaccine? Yeah, lots of confusion, lots of chaos.

If anyone has read Saul Alinsky’s book, Rules for Radicals, you will see that the current game of the Deep State, the Left and those in the news media are exercising those tactics from the book to keep the People under control keep the fearful and controlling the economy to the detriment of the whole country. Yep, they are taking advantage of a national emergency to their advantage.

The only thing the PEOPLE can do is to fight back. We can do a couple things, we can literally march on the State Capitals (as some have already done), the People need to declare their state governments null and void by removing their consent to a state government and we also need to march on Washington D.C. The marches at state capitals have resulted in NO shootings, even with people open carrying guns. The PEOPLE are tired of being held hostage, they are ready to got back to work and many need to go to work, to survive. All the governors who refuse to open up their states are walking a very fine line and should expect many lawsuits for infringements of rights. This chaos is planned and it is a dangerous plan, it could result in a revolution that may result in their physical removal from office. As it stands now, petitions are passing around and growing in number of signatures.

So, the best advice this person can give is, get ready for the People to exercise their Rights in the basic ways, to take control of the government. It should be interesting.
