As I sit and think about the past 2 months, trying to educate people about the National Heritage Areas and the 30×30 plan, I look at the time I have spend focusing on that and not enjoying Spring. Of course I have had 9 baby goats born on the farm and lost 2. One was due to a hard birth and the other it is suspected got smashed by an older goat. Yeah, goats like humans can be cruel at times. But Spring is finally here and it is time to enjoy it before Summer arrives abruptly.

The leaves on the trees are finally out and the lilacs have bloomed. The last blast of winter we hope is gone until next winter and new life begins. It is time for planting a garden and anxiously awaiting the first garden harvests of fresh lettuce and radishes and peas. It is time to start watching for fawns and the Humming birds return.

Spring is re-birth time and it is my hope that in spite of the federal government going into overdrive stupidity that we can all just take time to enjoy the evening air, the frogs in the pond singing and a chance to once again, smell the roses blooming on the bush.

Remember, it is the little things in life that make them worth living, in spite of mankind’s stupidity. After all, God’s Creation is a mighty force and a most beautiful of all things.

Much has been happening with the Proposed Kansas Nebraska National Heritage Area Partnership. Meetings from April 7 through April 15th were attended by more than expected crowds. One crowd was over 500 people! Amazing how concerned the people are about something that was being slipped in behind our backs. Then the 30×30 Executive order 14008 was thrown out to be pushed and people started asking questions there. Private Property Rights are very much a concern for land owners and they should be. We work hard for what we have and if someone is going to slip in ways to regulate or eventually control the land, then we are just in our push back with resolutions.

As I shared information and watched the meetings on live stream, I heard questions about what organizations were saying or doing to protect their members. It was concerning to say that the Kansas Livestock Association was fairly quiet. I attended senate hearings with the KLA last year, when they along with the Kansas Dairy Association were pushing to outlaw the sales of raw milk, in effect, cannibalizing part of their own industry by outlawing those who produce a raw product for the people. In their hearings last year, they made claims that raw milk was too dangerous for people to consume, yet the data that we provided from the CDC proved otherwise. So, when information came to me about the KLA having a non-profit organization the purchased Conservation Easements, I had to do some checking on things myself. Sure enough, Ranchlandtrustofkansas.org (RTK) is a non-profit that sets up conservation easements. So now I have more questions than answers. You should have questions as well.

1. Why is KLA using RTK to purchase easements?
2. Where is KLA getting money to purchase these easements?
3. What are the unintended consequences of these easements?

It is hard to decide where to begin writing about the past two weeks or so.  In February, I learned about a thing called the National Heritage Area(NHA) that was proposed for North Central Kansas and South-Central Nebraska. This proposed National Heritage Area encompasses 26 counties in Kansas and 23 counties in South Central Nebraska. My head has been spinning with all the information that I have been getting and talk about information overload, I have it right now.

I will provide some links for you to do your own investigations and hopefully you will conclude that this is a case of government overreach. I will also share the National Heritage Area information so that you can see that side as well. On the surface it is great for tourism and economic development but when you start digging in deeper and they start making requirements through planning and zoning that you can only paint your house a certain color or that you must remove barbed wire fencing and electric fencing from your property then you may find this a little bit disturbing.

The National Heritage Area is not to be confused with the 30 by 30 plan that Joe Biden signed in to motion with Executive Order #14,008 on January 27th of this year. Both ideas are problematic for those who value their private property rights. The 30 by 30 plan wants to have 30% of the land and water in permanent control by 2030, that’s nine years away! I feel that both ideas are nothing more than a way to get control of land to tell people what they can and cannot do on their own private property. I also believe that the National Heritage Area proposal is like other proposals that have happened in the past, they have nefarious means of getting completed. Once a feasibility study is done with the National Heritage Area proposal, it takes an act of Congress to be removed from the area. It has been done it is a lengthy process, but the attempts were successful. This is good news for people of Kansas and Missouri who are already in the Freedoms Frontier National Heritage Area. There is some overlap as there are four counties in the new proposed area that are already in the Freedoms Frontier National Heritage Area.

The rest of this blog will contain links to the information that is pertinent to this issue. I will also include HR1049 which was in the 116th Congress and passed the house and was moved onto the Senate and is now in the Energy and Natural Resources committee. It does not have a Senate bill number, that I am aware of currently. HR 1049 is a very vague bill it is a short bill, but it can be interpreted in many ways and therein lies the danger, because these areas are managed by regional councils that can interpret these bills in any way that they feel lead. These councils can use federal funding as extortion money to get things done in these NHA’s.  Many members of the regional councils are anti agricultural proponents which makes this even more dangerous to farming and ranching. In my opinion just another attack on agriculture, nothing more, nothing less.  Also, I must note that the HR 1049 was Co-sponsored by Kansas District 2 Representative Steve Watkins, Representative Roger Marshall Kansas District 1 and Sharice Davids District 3 Representative.  I was astounded to see that representative Watkins and Marshall Co-sponsored these bills shortly after they were introduced in 2019 while representative Davids didn’t cosponsor the bill until 2020. Makes me wonder if the District 1 and District 2 representatives haven’t gotten some type of kick back from this or something else. What I do know is, that they are aware of what this bill is which makes me wonder if they truly are supportive of agriculture.

This last link is of Mr. Norman Kincaide presenting at the Mankato KS meeting I was part of on March 27, 2021.  It is lengthy but very damning against the NHA proposed area.

The Barnyard Weed Warriors is a goat rental business that utilizes goats to control weeds, brush, invasive trees and wildfire prevention. It is about a s green a business as you can find since it takes the place of mechanical and chemical ways of controlling weeds, brush, invasive trees and is vital in preventing and lowering wildfire damage. It is a green as you can get, except we have to transport the goats to and from job sites with a gas pickup. We have to have the power to get the animals to the site but Joe Biden’s transportation Secretary has ideas that my shut my business down.

Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg is proposing taxation by the mile for those who own vehicles. In addition, he is proposing an increase in the gas tax. All this is to help implement the New Green Deal. We have already seen and felt the negative effects of renewable energy during this most recent artic blast that had most of the 48 states in the deep freeze. Wind towers froze up, solar panels were covered in snow and everyone realized that fossil fuels such as coal, natural gas and propane is what saved our butts.

While I am all for using renewable energy (that is a weird term), until science can figure out how to keep wind towers from freezing and solar panels from getting snowed over and keeping them working on cloudy days, I think that we still need to utilize what is known to work and that is fossil fuels. Think about all the businesses that use travel to get their businesses done, the travel bus industry, FedEx, UPS, USPS, trucking companies, taxi services, and the like. If their costs go up, who ends up paying for those increases? The everyday Joe who uses those services. I have already increased my daily rates for the grazing season. If prices keep going up, there will be another increase. Welcome to inflation people.

PS. I wonder where all those who voted for Biden are? They sure are awful quiet. Guess they enjoyed the cheap fuel prices and low inflation with Trump but they are damned if they speak out against Biden now. Well Biden and his ilk can kiss my ass and the asses of the every day people who barely make ends meet. When we boil over, the left better be ready to suck eggs.

Well Joe Biden’s executive orders has claimed many jobs already, and it is only going to get worse. What is most concerning about the executive orders is the fact that Joe Biden has caved to the pharmaceutical companies and he took away the trump executive order to lower the prices on drugs such as insulin. I watched a video this evening where a mother had purchased insulin for her son. Under the trump administration that box of insulin with $60.00, after the executive order that Joe Biden signed the first couple of days of his carnival of signings the price of the insulin jumped up to $325.00 with a coupon! The outrageous Ness of this whole thing is that if she had not had the coupon, she would have had to have paid $500! For one box of insulin! The sad part about this is there are several thousand people who normally take several boxes of that type of insulin a month. Now while there are programs that will help people get their drugs, I still find this outrageous.

            While I understand that the left encourages pro-choice, I think they have also adopted euthanasia as a way to control the population because that is, all it is, is control of the population. One of Biden’s administration and I cannot remember which one it is stated that he thought that anybody that was over 75 years of age should not be given any medications if they need them but should be euthanized. Well, they found another way to use a nice people by running the price of medications up specifically insulin. Now I will have people argue with me that this is not what is going on but in my eyes that is exactly what is going on! If they cannot control the population with a vaccine, then they will do it with running the drug company prices back up because people are not going to be able to buy medications. Even if they do have coupons or her in a program the prices are so high now that people can afford to buy medications. So much for the left claiming they care about people.

I wonder what would happen if all those people who had their insulin go up and their EpiPen’s go up exponentially, got a lawyer and sued Joe Biden for his executive order? Or better yet I wonder what would happen if all those employees of the Keystone pipeline got together with a class action lawsuit? all these executive orders that Joe Biden has signed are meant to destroy America in one way shape or another going after those who need medications, who depend on those medications and some of those who have no other options for those medications.

The problem is, we have career politicians like Joe Biden in Washington DC who have no clue what the real world is like because they get billions from China, they get billions from Burisma they have family members who are getting the money and laundering it. They do not care about us the only thing they care about is control and they do not like it that there are still people here in the United States who still believe in the American way and life Liberty and the pursuit of happiness. What are they going to do when the Revolutionary War 2.0 gets worse than what it is? Because there is no doubt about it this is a war, and it is a war against the American people it is a war against the American way it is a war to control people! Sadly, other countries see what is going on and they are afraid because if America falls, all of the other countries are going to fall which is what the one world order wants.

What the left does not understand is, the American spirit that patriotic spirit that rose with our founding fathers has always been cultivated and it is alive and well whether the left likes it or not. What is worse is, they are in an all or nothing attempt to take over because they are very afraid of what they saw in this last election. They know damn good and well they stole the election they know damn good and well who switched the votes and their afraid of the people! And when government becomes afraid of the people that is when they get desperate that is when they start killing off people that’s when they do everything, they can to squeeze them to the point to where they get the people on their knees. Well, they think they have the American people on their knees they have a very skewed idea of what is really happening! They are going to push us to the brink and then they are not going to know what hit them! People are already planning to run for office in 2022 and they are going to do everything they can to stop the left from continuing with what they are doing. The people are going to rise up and they are going to take over and when they do, Nancy Pelosi chuckie Schumer Mitch McConnell mittens Romney and their ilk are not going to get off very easy.

When the left thinks that they can impeach a president that is no longer in office they are blatantly disregarding what the constitution says and they are setting an extremely dangerous precedent. They do not even think about what happens if they lose the house and they lose the Senate because they are so sure they are going to keep control. They may think they have control but the people I know can never be controlled. The thing about the people who supported president trump is that we are hard-working people we love the constitution we love America, and you are going to push it to the point when we explode from the frustration and from the aggravation, it is going to be like the shot heard round the world and then some. They can try gun control, but the American ingenuity is very much alive they will not take our guns they cannot take our guns because our private militia is greatest army in the world! But when you look at it in all reality what is going on in Washington DC what is going on with the prices of EpiPen’s an insulin is all traced back to China. We have a war going on right now in the United States and for now the left is winning but it will not be long I hear the drums of war beating and I see people starting to fight back and when we do finally get to that point it is going to be an amazing thing to see.

Well there has been a lot going on in Washington D.C. that is totally unconstitutional and it will continue but I also believe that by March 4th, there may be a whole new world to deal with. I won’t go into detail just now but I can truly say that after all the information I have weeded through as of late, I have more hope now than before. If I am wrong, then it will be a bumpy ride for some time and perhaps even a real physical war. Let us pray that war does not come.

In all reality, we are in two different wars at once. For us Christians, we realize there is a Spiritual war going on and has been for some time as the Democrats have slowly taken perverted behavior, murder of unborn and encouragement of theft to new levels. According to Founding Father, John Adams; “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” Thus, the evil has taken over and mocks Christianity, morals and all good. The Spiritual warfare is going on between angels and demons, some seen and others unseen. But in this war, the war has been won and it was won when Christ gave his life on the cross. But that doesn’t mean this isn’t a real battle, it is and the demons, like Democrats are too stuck on themselves to realize the game is over.

The battle for Freedom rages and it will continue to rage until our freedom is won back or The Lord Calls us home. For some of us, that is a win-win either way.

Now for some questions to ponder. 1. Why are the White House lights out at night? Not the outside lights but the inside lights? Check out the live feed of the White House and you will see. Normally the inside lights blaze all night long…not now. 2. Why hasn’t the Biden administration been given access to the Pentagon? At my last check, they were not allowed because of security concerns.. Could it be they are too leaky or because of Pedo Joe’s ties to China? You figure that one out. 3. Why didn’t the military salute Pedo Joe? 4. Why do those Executive orders look blank in many of the photos of Pedo Joe signing them? 5. Have you heard about Executive order #13848 signed Sept of 2018 that President Trump signed? You may want to check it out.

We are seven days into the stolen Administration’s time in office and it seems everyday there are new Executive Orders being signed. They are acting quick and for good reason, they don’t want the PEOPLE to know what is going on. They are moving with a second impeachment of President Trump but why? Is this a smoke screen for allowing HR1 to get slipped through without notice? Or are there other things going on?

HR1 is going to allow any ballot to be accepted without verification of voter identity or signature. In other words; they are stealing any and all elections forward from the People. So, it is now up too the States to decide otherwise.

1. They want to tax us on how many miles we drive and add additional taxes to gas. This will most certainly kill my business and many other businesses. It is also discriminating against those of us who live in rural areas and must drive many miles to hospitals, grocery stores, hardware and other businesses that we need to be in contact with us.
2. They are illegally pushing controls on the environment.
3. They are putting people in place to take away more rights and taxing gun owners for the number of guns and the ammunition they own.
4. They are pushing equity, not equality…don’t get me started. They are pushing racism to a level never seen before.

Now I am going back to the impeachment. Riddle this one out.

1. It is unconstitutional to impeach a former President. Yet they are moving forward with this, why?
2. If they all know that this is an unconstitutional action, they must all know that President Trump is the true, duly elected President and this is a way to stop and censor him.
3. Are they admitting that President Trump is still President by these actions? I think so, which is why they are moving so fast with executive orders and the like.
4. If this is all found out by the People, all hell will break loose. So, when I mentioned several months ago that we have entered the Hunger Games, I think you now see what I mean. “May the odds ever be in your favor.”
5. The only good thing that all this evil and illegal actions has done, is brought the PEOPLE back to God, with them all praying Psalms 37. The Lord God has won the war, we just have to fight these little battles and there are many stepping up to lead these battles. It is going to be a glorious victory for the People, as long as we stay the course.

We should give the new Administration the same respect they gave President Trump. With that being said, we need to be calling our Congress men and women DAILY to keep them on their toes and to call them out when they do something we don’t like. They are all paranoid as heck and the more we circle them, the more mistakes they make and the more they spiral out of control.

We have the proof that Biden is in cahoots with China, he is wanted in the Ukraine and 49 years of political service with hundreds of lies that he has been called out on. He lied about his first wife and daughter’s car wreck. She was at fault yet Biden blamed the truck driver and ruined the truck driver’s life. He stole his current wife, he lied about his education and so much more.

Kamala isn’t even eligible to be President because neither of her parents were American citizens when she was born. In addition, who wants to have a whore in office? She crawled her way to the top by being a tramp. Not a good example.

We need to circle the politicians like vultures, watching for their mistakes and calling them out. We need to make sure they know we are watching and we WILL pick them out and replace them with other candidates and we WILL make sure the votes are counted properly next time.

The old saying; “What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.” So, with that being said, I believe that we need to give the Democrats as much hell as they gave President Donald Trump. We can gig them at every step, we have enough proof of every career politician’s illegal dealings we can scream and get right in their faces. Keep the phones in Washington D.C. ringing off the hook, write letters, demand resignations, make them as uncomfortable as possible. This isn’t done. President Trump may not be in the White House any longer but he certainly won’t stop fighting for the PEOPLE and the COUNTRY and we shouldn’t stop either. The election was STOLEN and EVERYONE know it, we can throw that into their faces daily.

Do not give up hope because that is what they want us to do. My hope is in the Lord, who made Heaven and Earth and NOTHING man does to me will ever stop me because they have lost. IF they silence me or kill me, they make me a martyr, if they try to re-educate me, they will find I will not learn. If they bury me, another will step into my place! The drums are beating and the march has begun.

Why would anyone support a political party that sanctions murder of unborn and anyone over 75? Did you know that Biden has selected a man who thinks everyone over 75 should be disposed of (In other words, put to sleep)? Why would anyone in their right minds want to erase the Christian influence on our country when our country was founded upon Judeo-Christian principals? Why would anyone support the seizure of guns? Why can’t anyone recognize that these are exactly the same things Hitler did in the 1930’s. Oh, wait, I forgot, they don’t teach these things in school anymore because the National Teacher’s Unions support these ideologies too. So they won’t teach them. Yet they will do everything in their power to support abortion, sexual deviancy, murder, silencing of those who think differently, silence Christian values but support satanic worship. The Progressive party is not progressive, it’s regressive and is taking us backwards into pagan behaviors and dictatorships.

I highly encourage Civil Disobedience to these evil ideologies. Truth will over come because the Truth is greater than this world. Come quickly Lord Jesus and save us from the evil that has forced itself upon us.
